We’re about helping people live safely and independently in their own home through visits of typically between one and four hours in length.
Our approach is holistic, centred on the needs and expectations of each of our clients and their relatives through communicating and involving them every step of the way. We believe in encouraging our clients to be as active as they are able, physically mentally and socially. We do this through involving them in daily tasks, stimulating the mind for example by reminiscing or rediscovering an interest in a hobby. We accompany clients on trips out, a walk in the park or to the supermarket, keeping them connected to the outside world.
The wellbeing and satisfaction of our clients is and always will be our absolute priority.
We endeavour to involve our clients and/or our client’s representatives through regular quality assurance visits, phone calls and an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to ensure that our service continues to be of the highest possible quality and meets your specific requirements.

How we can help
Your trained LifeCarer visits to help with practical things like housework or shopping. Your Lifecarer offers companionship too, someone to talk with or escort you on a trip out. A trusted person who keeps an eye on your safety and helps you stay in touch with your family. Your Lifecarer can also support you with: Visits to clubs and events • Doctors appointments • Tidying • Cleaning • Shopping • Trips out • Collecting pensions & prescriptions • Preparing meals • Medication reminders • Mobility • Washing & dressing • Toilet & incontinence care • and other items you would like help with
A Caring team
LifeCarers is about delivering the very highest standards of service. The key to our success is the careful way we select, train and support our team.
LifeCarers goes to great lengths to make sure that only the most suitable applicants are employed. We carry out thorough checks with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguard Authority (ISA) to ensure each candidate is fully eligible to work. In-depth interviews enable us to assess experience and aptitude. We also look for a good temperament and caring nature.
Carers are supported by a management team with a wealth of experience. All Managers are trained to NVQ level 3 and so are fully qualified to assess and plan care solutions for clients. They are dedicated to ensuring all those we care for receive the best possible service.

LifeCarers is registered with and audited by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Healthcare Regulator in the UK and have procedures and processes (accredited to ISO9001 quality management system) in place that ensure any concerns raised are dealt with speedily, professionally and in the strictest of confidence.
